Car rental terms and conditions
l. Delivery and return
The vehicle is delivered to The Renter in good conditions, without apparent defects and any complaints as to its conditions must be made to the Lessor immediately on delivery. The Renter agrees to return it with car documents, accessories and equipment in good conditions to The Lessor at the location on the date and time designated in this agreement. Over 3 hours delay from agreed return time specified in rental agreement (if Renter does't notify the Lessor by telephone) the Lessor reserves the right to notify immediately the Police for car theft.
2. Condition of use
The Renter is agreed that vehicle shall not be operated or driven:a) in contravention of any Customs, traffic or other regulation;
b) to transport passengers or property for a remuneration;
c) to proper or tow any vehicle, trailer or other object;
d) while customer or any other driver of vehicle is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, barbiturates or any other substance impairing his consciousness or ability to react;
e) in case of breakdown the repair of car must be made by qualified person;
f) in any race, test or contest;
g) other than in accordance with the instruction and recommendation by the manufacturer of the vehicle
3. Charges
The Renter is personally liable to pay Lessor on demand:a) time charges at the rate specified in agreement;
b) a mileage charge computed at the rate specified in agreement;
c) the fuel, when vehicle is returned with less fuel than when rented; the charge is 2 €/liter;
d) minimum rental period is 2 days (48 hours). First hour over 48 hours is free of charge. Next 3 hours are charged at 15 €. Over 3 hours delay one full rental day is charged
e) all fines court cost for parking, traffic or other legal violations assessed against the vehicle;
f) in the event of lost or spoiling of car documents will be charged at 50 €;
g) in the event of lost or spoiling of car keys will be charged at 200 €
4.Insurance
The car is insured for "third party liability".The Renter and his companion should hold own personal accident insurance (PAI).
It case of accident, the Renter is responsible and must pay all damage if driver is under the influence of alcohol or drags.
a) Collision damage reduction (CDR)
Renter's responsibility for any damage may be reduce to 700 - 300 € for an additional daily charge (CDR), quoted in price list. Without CDR Renter is responsible for damages on rented car up to 30 000 €.
b) Theft protection (TP)
Renter's responsibility in case of theft may be reduce to 700 - 300 € for an additional daily charge (TP), quoted in price list. Without TP Renter is responsible for damages on rented car up to 30 000 €.
In case of no damage, the Renter will receive the same deposit paid in the contact.
5. Indemnity
The Lessor cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered by the Renter or his companions in connection with the operations of the vehicle, for lost or damage to Renter's property left in the vehicle or from other causes.
6. Accident, Damage, Theft
Renter agrees further to protect the interest of Lessor and its insurance company in case of accident, theft or damage to the vehicle by:a) obtaining names and address of parties involved and of the witnesses;
b) not abandoning the vehicle without adequate provision for safeguarding and securing same;
c) notifying the Lessor by telephone even in case of slight damage;
DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE OBTAINED IN CASE OF ACCIDENT, DAMAGE OR THEFT
Following documents have to be obtained from the nearest Police station, immediately after the accident or theft of vehicle.
1. Police report with:
- the signature of Police officer issuing the report and the rubber stamp of the Police station
- the specification of driving/not driving under the influence of alcohol (in case of accident)
2. The 2nd annex (for The Insurance Company) with the signature of Police officer issuing the document and the rubber stamp of the Police station.

3. The repair authorization with the signature of Police officer issuing the document and the rubber stamp of the Police station
4. I.D and driver license photocopies of the other driver(s) involved in accident.
5. Insurance and registration photocopies of the other car(s) involved in accident.
